初产妇常规会阴侧切术与选择性会阴侧切术的效果比较

摘要

Objective:To compare the effects of routine episiotomy and selective episiotomy on maternal and neonatal outcomes in primiparas. Method:389 primiparas were divided into routine episiotomy group and selective episiotomy group,of which,various background factors and outcomes were statistically compared.Result:There was no significant difference in background factors of age,gestational weeks,oxygen augmentation,analgesia and neonatal weight,as for outcomes,there were no significant difference was found in 2 nd stage duration,postnatal bleeding,soft tract injuries and neonatal asphyxia,but routine episiotomy group had more postnatal bleeding and prolonged in-hospital duration than selective episiotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Selectively and individually episiotomy is better than routinely episiotomy.%目的：比较初产妇常规会阴侧切术与选择性会阴侧切术对母婴的影响。方法：389例初产妇分为常规会阴侧切组和选择性会阴侧切组，并对其各种背景因素及结局进行统计学比较。结果：两组年龄、孕周、缩宫素催产、分娩镇痛和新生儿体重等背景因素比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，在结局上，两组第二产程时间、软产道损伤、新生儿窒息比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，常规会阴侧切组产后出血、住院时间与选择性会阴侧切组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：个体化选择性优于常规会阴侧切术。
