耳鼻喉住院患者67例焦虑状态调查及护理策略

摘要

目的：对耳鼻喉住院患者的焦虑状态进行调查，分析有效的护理策略。方法：将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采用心理护理，使用焦虑状态调查卷来对67例耳鼻喉住院患者的焦虑状态进行调查，然后观察两组患者的焦虑情况变化。结果：对照组男女的焦虑状态调查表评分比较差异无统计学意义，观察组男女的焦虑状态调查表评分比较差异无统计学意义，对照组和观察组评分结果比较差异有统计学意义。结论：患者的焦虑程度和性别没有关系，但是有效的护理却可以明显改善耳鼻喉住院患者的焦虑情况，从而提高患者的生活质量。%Objective:The investigation of anxiety state for ENT hospitalized patients,the effective care strategies were analysed.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into control group and the observation group,the control group used common nursing,the observation group used the psychological nursing on the basis of common nursing.The patients were investigated the anxiety state survey volume,and observed two groups of patients with anxiety and changes in circumstances.Results:State anxiety questionnaire score results of the control group,men and women was not statistically significant,in the observation group male and female anxiety state questionnaire score results were not statistically significant.Compared to the control group and the observation group score results were statistically significant.Conclusion:The patient’s anxiety level and gender does not matter,but the effective care can significantly improve ENT hospitalized patients with anxiety and the quality of life of patients.
