铸造支架复合树脂变异式粘结固定桥的临床研究

摘要

Objective:Suitable patients were chosen to make restoration with casting famework and composite resin variation type bonding fixed bridge and visited back to observe its treatment results.Methods:37 cases were selected casting famework and composite resin variation type bonding fixed bridge tweremanufactured between 2006 and 2008 with the servicetime of 3-5 years.Results:95%of clinical success rate was found follow-up.Conclusion:As a mini-invasive treatment method,casting famework and composite resin variation type bonding fixed bridge can be used for resin bonded fixed posterior partia1 denture and clinica1 status of the dentures is satisfied.%　　目的：选择合适的患者进行铸造支架复合树脂变异式粘结固定桥修复，随访观察疗效。方法：选择2006-2008年37例单个后牙缺失的患者，采取铸造支架复合树脂粘结变异式固定桥修复，随访3~5年。结果：临床成功率95%。结论：铸造支架复合树脂变异式粘结固定桥作为一种微创伤的固定修复方式，短期临床效果令人满意。
