非优势小专业医学生就业难的调查研究

摘要

非优势小专业医学生是一个特殊群体，在学校容易被忽略，也同样面临就业难。调查显示，非优势小专业医学生对当今医疗政策和社会需求认识不清，专业满意度不高、就业信心不足、期望值高。本研究着重分析导致这些现象出现的主要原因，并探讨解决方案，为高校改革提供依据。%The non-dominant major of medical students as a special mass group are easy to be neglected,they are also facing the difficult employment. The research indicates that the non-dominant major of medical students can't be a clear understanding of today's health care policy and social needs,have low satisfaction of non-dominant major,are lack of confidence in employment and have high expectations of professional.This paper emphatically analyzes the main reasons of these phenomena,and make suggestions to raise the non-dominant major of medical students' employed rate,and provides the basis for the reform of colleges and universities.
