加强消毒隔离防止医院内部交叉感染体会

摘要

目的：探究院内交叉感染原因提出解决方案.方法：选取2009年1月-2011年1月于笔者所在医院各科室住院治疗发生院内感染患者129例，进行回顾性分析.结果：本院患者以呼吸道以及手术切口感染最多，其中细菌感染率最高.侵入性治疗后感染患者为78例(60.46%)，其中细菌感染53例.非侵入性治疗患者51例(39.53%)，其中细菌感染33例.比较两组患者感染细菌例数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：严格按照消毒技术规范和无菌标准操作，减少医疗物品循环使用率，合理使用抗生素，加强消毒隔离能够减少院内交叉感染发生.%Objective:To explore the cross infection in hospital the reasons put forward solutions.Methods:Select 129 patients who were infection in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 with retrospective analysis.Results:Patients in our hospital in the respiratory tract and the operation incision infection most,including bacterial infection rate was the highest.Invasive treatment for 78 cases of patients with infection ( 60.46%),including 53 cases of bacterial infection. non-invasive treatment in 51 patients(39.53%),including 33 cases of bacterial infection.On two groups of patients infected with bacteria.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:We should do in strict accordance with the technical standard for disinfection and sterile standard operation,reducing medical goods recycling rate,reasonable use of antibiotics,sterilization and isolation can reduce nosocomial cross infection.
