目的：探讨游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修饰性再造修复手指软组织及甲床缺损。方法：通过对2012年1月-2014年1月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的20例手指软组织及甲床缺损患者给予游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修饰性再造修复术，观察患者的治疗效果。结果：20例患者术后全部成活，成功率为100%。术后手部恢复，优14例，良6例，优良率为100%。3例患者出现血管危象，2例患者出现伤口感染，并发症发生率为25%，经探查和技术诊断并发症消失。结论：游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修饰性再造修复手指软组织及甲床缺损，操作简便，创伤小，成功率高，感觉及功能恢复状况良好，减轻患者痛苦，为修复手指软组织及甲床缺损的首选方法之一，临床值得推广应用。%Objective:To investigate graft modification of the second toe nail flap reconstruction and repair of soft tissue finger nail bed defect. Method:From Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 20 cases of soft tissue and finger nail bed defects were treated with transplantation of the second toe nail free flap reconstruction repair modification observed patient outcomes.Result:All patients survived after operation,the success rate was 100%. After surgery all hands recovered,14 patients were excellent,6 patients were good,the rate was 100%.Vascular crisis occurred in 3 patients,2 patients had wound infection,complication rate was 25%,through exploration and technical diagnostics all complications were disappear.Conclusion:The graft modification second toe nail flap reconstruction and repair of soft tissue finger nail bed defect is simple,has less invasive,high success rate,sensory and functional recovery in good condition,to alleviate the suffering of patients,for the repair of soft tissue and finger nail bed defects one preferred method,is worthy of clinical application.
