量化考核对提高手术室护理质量的效果评价

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical results of quantitative assessment to improve the quality of care in the operating room.Method:Nurses of hospital operating room in our hospital were given quantitative assessment program,nursing satisfaction with the nursing staff of surgery patients and surgeon, average basic assessment scores and average scores bonus points before and after implementation the assessment program.Result:Nursing satisfaction with the nursing staff of surgery patients and surgeon in year of 2013 were 93.3%,96.7%,in 2012 were 75.6%,66.7%,the difference between the two distinct was statistical significance(P<0.05).And basic nursing assessment and the average score bonus points scores in year 2013 were significantly higher than that in 2012(P<0.01).Conclusion:Quantitative assessment will help improve the quality of care operating room,can improve nursing staff motivation,improve operating room patient satisfaction.%目的：探讨量化考核对提高手术室护理质量的临床效果。方法：对笔者所在医院手术室护理人员实施量化考核方案，并比较考核方案实施前后手术患者、手术医生对护理工作的满意度、平均基础考核分数及平均奖励加分分数。结果：2013年手术室患者、手术医生对护理工作的满意度分别为93.3%、96.7%，2012年分别为75.6%、66.7%，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且2013年护理人员基础考核分数及平均奖励加分分数均明显高于2012年，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：量化考核有利于提高手术室护理质量，提高护理人员工作积极性，提高手术室患者满意度。
