家庭护理干预对哮喘患儿的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of family nursing intervention on children with allergic asthma.Method:180 cases of children with allergic asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.The observation group to asthma standardized treatment based on a combination of family nursing intervention treatment,the control group using pure standard treatment and routine nursing for asthma.Outside the hospital treatment and follow-up of one year,observed two groups of children with curative effect,and degree of anxiety. Result:Two groups of children with families of SAS,SDS score comparison,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of asthma in children and care was a comprehensive work,asthma children in standardization of drug treatment at the same time with the family nursing intervention can effectively control and improve the patient's symptoms.%目的：探讨家庭护理干预在过敏性哮喘患儿中的效果。方法：将180例过敏性哮喘患儿采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，各90例。观察组予哮喘规范化治疗联合家庭护理干预治疗，对照组单纯使用哮喘规范化治疗方案与常规护理。院外治疗并随访1年，观察两组患儿疗效及焦虑程度。结果：两组患儿家属SAS、SDS评分比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率94.4%，对照组60.0%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：哮喘儿童的治疗和护理是一项综合的工作，在规范化药物治疗的同时辅以家庭护理干预治疗能有效的控制和改善患儿的各项症状。
