农村产妇异位妊娠40例临床保守治疗分析

摘要

Objective:to take drug treatment in patients with ectopic pregnancy,surgical treatment of two kinds of methods,evaluation analysis clinical therapeutic effect.Method:Select the author of 40 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted in the hospital,all patients received comprehensive physical examination,according to the actual situation to choose the corresponding treatment method.Result:20 cases of ectopic pregnancy medication,including 18 cases of successful rehabilitation,the remaining 2 cases of serious illness,after surgery. 22 cases who underwent surgical treatment,including 11 cases of ectopic pregnancy,abortion,9 cases of tubal adhesion,water and suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease,2 cases of abortion,tubal rupture did not happen. Conclusion:The disease found time has decisive influence on effect of the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,early detection can make patients better medicine conservative treatment,treatment effect is good,rare adverse reactions,surgery patients need not bear the pain,is advantageous to the fallopian tube to recover as soon as possible,improve pregnancy rates.%目的：通过药物和手术两种方法来治疗产妇异位妊娠，并对临床治疗效果进行评估分析。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的40例异位妊娠患者，所有患者接受全面体检，根据患者实际情况选择相应治疗方法。结果：20例异位妊娠产妇给予药物治疗，其中18例成功康复，余下2例病情比较严重，后行手术治疗。22例接受手术治疗，其中11例为流产异位妊娠，9例输卵管出现粘连、积水以及患有盆腔炎，2例未出现流产、输卵管破裂情况。结论：异位妊娠治疗效果取决于病情发现早晚，发现越早，患者接受药物治疗成功率越高，可以有效减少不良反应，让患者免受手术痛苦，同时也有利于更好修复输卵管功能，让患者早日康复。
