综合护理干预在消化性溃疡老年患者幽门螺杆菌根除中的应用效果

摘要

Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in helicobacter pylori eradication for elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Method:105 elderly patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the intervention group(53 cases) and control group(52 cases).The control group was given routine drug treatment,while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparison of two groups of patients with helicobacter pylori eradication rate differences,in order to evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention.Result:The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in the intervention group was 83.02%,higher than that of the control group(63.46%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori infection in elderly patients with peptic ulcer and helicobacter pylori infection,and it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.%目的：探讨并评价综合护理干预在消化性溃疡老年患者的幽门螺杆菌根除治疗的应用效果。方法：选取2014年10月-2015年9月笔者所在医院收治的105例消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染的老年患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组53例，对照组52例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，干预组在给予常规药物治疗同时进行综合护理干预，比较两组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率的差异，以评价综合护理干预效果。结果：干预组患者的幽门螺杆菌根除率为83.02%，高于对照组的63.46%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：全程科学的综合护理干预能有效提高老年消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染患者幽门螺杆菌的根除率，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
