对危重创伤患者进行整体性急诊救治的效果探析

摘要

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of the holistic emergency treatment for the patients with severe trauma and the points for attention. Method:From Jan 2014 to Feb 2015 in the hospital treatment of 286 cases of critically ill patients were included in this study.According to the different treatment modalities of the 286 cases of patients for emergency treatment group(n=143) and routine treatment group(n=143),emergency treatment group with systematic and comprehensive emergency treatment measures applied,the routine treatment group of conventional treatment, compare the emergency treatment group and conventional treatment group patients diagnosed in time, emergency operation time,early treatment time and death.Result:Group of emergency treatment in the disease diagnosis time,emergency operation time,early treatment time and mortality,were superior to conventional treatment group,the above data were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In critically ill trauma patients by emergency treatment measures of system can save valuable treatment time for patients,to reduce the mortality of patients.The measures is worth of clinical promotion and using.%目的:研究并分析对危重创伤患者进行整体性急诊救治的效果与注意事项.方法:将2014年1月-2015年2月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的286例危重患者纳入本研究,按照救治方式的不同将286例患者分为急诊救治组(n=143)与常规救治组(n=143),急诊救治组采用系统、全面的急诊救治措施,常规救治组进行常规救治,对比急诊救治组与常规救治组患者的确诊时间、急诊手术时间、早期救治时间以及死亡情况.结果:急诊救治组疾病确诊时间、急诊手术时间、早期救治时间及死亡率方面,均优于常规救治组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于危重创伤患者,采用系统的急诊救治措施可以为患者节约宝贵的救治时间,降低患者死亡率,该种措施值得在临床中进行推广和使用.
