先天性气管发育异常1例

摘要

In the clinical encounter a children with cough associated with breathing repeatedly, since after onset, born to see a doctor after repeated 2-3 times every year, more is not associated with fever, many ordinary chest radiograph and lung CT performance tip pneumonia.According to the asthma treatment curative effect is poor.I, the doctor trachea 3 d imaging tip dysplasia.This tip, to clinical unexplained recurrent cough, difficulty breathing, or conventional treating poor curative effect of children, especial y for children with early onset of except congenital tracheal developmental anomalies should be paid attention to.Need regular line or bronchoscopy airway three-dimensional imaging lens check, in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.%临床中遇一反复咳嗽伴喘息患儿，自出生后即开始发病，生后至就诊每年至少反复2-3次，多不伴发热，多次普通胸片及肺CT均提示肺炎表现。曾按哮喘治疗疗效欠佳。就诊我科查气管三维成像提示气管发育异常。由此提示，对临床不明原因反复咳喘、呼吸困难或常规治疗疗效欠佳的患儿，尤其是起病较早的患儿，应注意除外先天性气管发育异常。需常规行气道三维成像或纤支镜检查，以免漏诊、误诊。
