The teaching of grammar has undergone a long history and has provided the main battle for the controversies and methodological discussions concerning the teaching of languages.In this paper, advantages of the Orammar-Translation method will be presented, empirical analy, es of the Grammar-Translation Method (G-T Methyl) in Foreign Language Teaching(FLT) and Foreign Language Learning (FLL) will be made.Through careful analyses of the questionnaire; for students' use and teachers' use concerning their attitudes of the G-T Method in FLT and FLL situations, the indispensable role of the G-T Method in FLT and FLL has been positively revealed..
