Purpose: By using VB6 program to real-time monitor the packing density of intracranial aneurysms during the embolization procudure and to achieve the expected packing density of intracranial aneurysm embolization, in order to reduce the recurrence. Methods: The packing density of the embolized aneurysm could be calculated in real-time process according to the length of every coils, coils parameters and the volume of aneurysms which were filled in the corresponding position of VB6 program with the graphics interface. Results: The actual packed density of the embolized aneurysm can be calculated and monitored in real-time by VB6 program. Conclusion: The VB6 program can evaluate the packing density of the embolized aneurysm in real-time process of embolization and play an important role in the quality control.%目的:运用VB6编制程序对颅内动脉瘤弹簧圈栓塞术中进行实时填塞率监测,使颅内动脉瘤达到预期填塞率,以期减少动脉瘤复发.方法:在VB6软件上绘制图形界面和设定弹簧圈参数,将测得的动脉瘤体积填入程序中,然后根据每个使用的弹簧圈规格的相应长度填入程序相应位置,程序将会自动运行并计算出栓塞过程中动脉瘤的实时填塞率.结果:通过编制好的程序,加入弹簧圈规格、长度参数和动脉瘤体积参数,可计算出实际填塞率,对动脉瘤栓塞率进行实时监测.结论:该程序在动脉瘤栓塞过程中发挥重要的实时评估和质控作用.
