盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果

摘要

目的：分析盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治膝骨性关节炎患者108例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各54例。对照组患者予以单纯塞来昔布治疗，研究组患者予以盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗，分析两组患者治疗前后疼痛情况及Lequesne指数。结果：研究组患者经过治疗后疼痛情况(VAS评分)及Lequesne指数改善情况均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效显著，能有效改善患者关节功能，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods:We selected 108 cases with knee osteoarthritis from January 2013 to January 2014.These patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 54 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with celecoxib,while the study group patients were treated with celecoxib combined with glucosamine hydrochloride.Two groups were analyzed in pain and Lequesne index before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the pain situation(VAS score)and the improved situation of Lequesne index of study group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint is significant,and it can effectively improve the joint function of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
