冰片穿心莲乙醇浸液外用治疗小儿病毒性腮腺炎的效果分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of ethanol extract of andrographis paniculata borneol externalin the treatment of virus mumps in children.Methods:106 viral mumps children were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 53 cases in each,the experimental group were given the borneol herb andrographis extract topical treatment,the control group were given the intravenous drip ribavirin treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.8%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ethanol extract of andrographis paniculata borneol externalin the treatment of virus mumps in children is obviously,the use is convenient,and easy to accept for the children.%目的:探讨冰片穿心莲乙醇浸液外用治疗小儿病毒性腮腺炎的治疗效果.方法:收治病毒性腮腺炎患儿106例,随机分为试验组和对照组各 53 例,试验组给予冰片穿心莲乙醇浸液外用治疗,对照给予静脉滴注利巴韦林治疗.结果:试验组治疗有效率92.5%,对照组治疗有效率86.8%,两组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:冰片穿心莲乙醇浸液外用治疗病毒性腮腺炎患儿效果明显,使用方便,患儿容易接受.
