锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折的临床治疗研究

摘要

目的：探讨治疗锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折的有效方法。方法：收治锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折患者50例，按照手术方法将患者分为手术组(n=25)和非手术组(n=25)，比较两组患者的肩关节功能状况。结果：手术组肩关节的治疗优良率与非手术组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：在锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折的治疗中，要对患者的骨折类型进行分析，并根据患者的具体情况选择治疗的方法，对提高治疗效果具有重要的意义。%Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of clavicle fracture combined with ipsilateral shoulder blade neck fracture. Methods:50 patients with clavicle fracture combined with ipsilateral shoulder blade neck fracture were selected,and according to the surgical procedure,they were divided into the surgical group(n=25) and the non operative group(n=25),and we compared shoulder function status of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the surgical group and the non operative group in excellent rate of treatment of shoulder joint(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of clavicle fracture combined with ipsilateral shoulder blade neck fracture,we need to analyze fracture types and choose treatment according to the specific circumstances of the patients.It had important significance for improving the treatment effect.
