Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of ozone gynecologic therapeutic apparatus combined with drugs in the treatment of colpitis mycotica.Methods:200 patients with colpitis mycotica were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The control group were given clotrimazole effervescent tablets 0.5 g plug vagina,4 days one time,and oral fluconazole 0.15 g,3 times one day.The observation group were ozone gynecologic therapeutic apparatus treatment on the basis of the control group,5 to 10 minutes one time,1 time one day.The two groups were treated for 1 week.Results:The remission time of pruritus vulvae and burning sensation,the remission time of increased leucorrhea and shape change,the remission time of burning sensation when urinating,the remission time of waist and abdomen pain,the cure time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(97.0%) of the observation group was significantly better than 85.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone gynecologic therapeutic apparatus combined with drugs in the treatment of colpitis mycotica has a significant curative effect.%目的:探讨臭氧妇科治疗仪联合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法:收治霉菌性阴道炎患者200例,随机分成观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予克霉唑阴道泡腾片0.5 g塞阴,4次/d,同时口服氟康唑0.15 g,3次/d.观察组在对照组的基础上给予臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗,5~10 min/次,1 次/d,两组均治疗 1 周.结果:观察组外阴瘙痒、烧灼感缓解时间,白带量、性状改变缓解时间,排尿时烧灼感缓解时间,腰腹疼痛缓解时间和痊愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总有效率97.0%明显优于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05).结论:臭氧妇科治疗仪联合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎具有显著的疗效.
