逆行性CT膀胱造影诊断膀胱破裂1例

摘要

在膀胱充盈的情况下,如果下腹部遭到巨大外力的撞击则容易导致膀胱破裂,传统膀胱造影被认为是膀胱损伤患者的标准诊断方法,但是这种检查方法具有一定的局限性.本文简要介绍逆行性 CT 膀胱造影诊断膀胱破裂 1例,为临床提供探讨.%In the case of bladder filling,if the lower abdomen is hit by a huge force may cause bladder rupture,conventional bladder radiography is considered as a standard method for diagnosis of bladder injury,but this method has some limitations.In this paper,the author briefly describes retrograde CT cystography for diagnosis of bladder rupture in 1 case,to provide discuss for clinical.
