目的：探讨普外急腹症中腹腔镜临床应用的效果。方法：收治普外急腹症患者52例，随机分为研究组和常规组，各26例；常规组给予开腹腔手术治疗，研究组给予腹腔镜治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、总有效率及术后并发症发生率均明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用腹腔镜治疗普外急腹症，创伤小，术中出血较少，痛苦较小，且术后并发症较少。%Objective:To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic in the surgery acute abdomen.Methods:52 patients with general surgery acute abdomen were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 26 cases in each.The conventional group received open abdominal operation treatment,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,total effective rate and the incidence of postoperative complications of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopy in the treatment of surgery acute abdomen has less trauma,less bleeding,less pain and less complication.
