肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的临床价值

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical value of tumor radiosensitizer in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given radiotherapy alone.The observation group was given tumor radiosensitizer treatment on the basis of the control group.The recent treatment effect of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate(66.6% ) of the observation group was significantly higher than 30% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tumor radiosensitizer in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively improve the effect of radiotherapy,and it has the advantages of high safety,less adverse reactions.%目的：探讨肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的临床价值。方法：收治鼻咽癌患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予单纯放射治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予肿瘤放射增敏剂治疗，比较两组患者的近期治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率66.6%明显高于对照组的30%(P＜0.05)。结论：肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中能够有效地提高放射治疗的效果，而且具有安全性高、不良反应小的优点。
