中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症的疗效评价

摘要

目的：探讨中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法：收治髌骨软化症患者100例，随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组给予针刺治疗，试验组给予中药内服外敷治疗，对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：试验组临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症患者能够明显改善患者的临床症状。%Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.Methods:100 patients with chondromalacia patellae were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment.The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment in the treatment of patients with chondromalacia patellae can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
