小儿腹泻不同治疗方法的临床治疗效果比较研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacterium viable bacteria in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:150 cases of diarrhea were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder.The experimental group was treated by montmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacterium viable bacteria.We compared the treatment effect.Results:The total efficiency of 96% in experimental group was higher than 77.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacterium viable bacteria in the treatment of infantile diarrhea was significant,security was high.%目的：探讨应用蒙脱石散和双歧杆菌活菌联合治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法：收治小儿腹泻患儿150例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各75例，对照组单纯给予蒙脱石散治疗，试验组给予蒙脱石散和双歧杆菌活菌联合治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率96%，高于对照组的77.33%(P＜0.05)。结论：应用蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗小儿腹泻，效果明显且安全性高。
