Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and operation complication prevention measures of thyroid tumor operation treatment.Methods:32 patients with thyroid tumor were selected from May 2013 to November 2014.Based on all of the patients consent,32 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 16 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional operation method treatment,and the experimental group used computer hypercator operation treatment.We analyzed and observed the clinical features and operation complications of operation treatment of the two groups patients.Results:The operative time,blade length,amount of bleeding and the number of days in hospital of the experimental group patients were significantly better than those of the control group.After the operation,the experimental group had 1 cases of hoarseness,and the incidence of postoperative complications was 6.25% .In the control group,1 cases of the control group of hoarseness,1 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,postoperative hemorrhage in 1 cases,the postoperative complication rate was 18.75%.Conclusion:We used the computer hypercator treatment to treat thyroid cancer patients has good treatment effect.It can reduce the complication after operation effectively,and with good effect,high security clinical characteristics.At the same time, preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative operation careful manipulation and patients thinking guidance also can effectively prevent the operation complications,and worthy of extensive promotion and application.%目的:探讨甲状腺肿瘤手术治疗临床特点及手术并发症的预防措施.方法:2013年5月-2014年11月收治甲状腺肿瘤患者32例.在所有患者同意的基础上,将32例患者分为试验组和对照组,各16例.对照组采用传统的手术方法进行治疗,试验组采用电脑高频手术器进行手术治疗,分析和观察两组患者的手术治疗临床特点及手术并发症.结果:试验组手术时间、切口长度、出血量及住院天数等方面明显优于对照组.术后,试验组出现声嘶1例,术后并发症发生率6.25%;对照组声嘶1例,喉返神经损伤1例,术后出血1例,术后并发症发生率18.75%.结论:采用电脑高频手术器治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者的疾病具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效减少术后的并发症状,具有效果较好、安全性较高等特点.同时,术前、术中和术后的手术细致操作和患者思维引导也能够有效预防手术并发症的产生,值得广泛推广和应用.
