CTB染色技术在女性生殖道感染性疾病中的应用分析

摘要

目的：了解本县已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染情况。方法：白带涂片CTB染色镜检。结果：受检669例，检出各类感染358例，感染率53.51%。结论：CTB染色技术一张涂片可同时作多项检查，方法简便、省时、检出率高，能使妇女生殖道感染性疾病达到早预防、早发现、早治疗的目的。%Objective:To understand the reproductive tract infections of married reproductive life women in the county.Methods:Leucorrhoea was given smear CTB staining microscopic examination.Results:669 cases were examined.It detected 358 cases of all kinds of infections.The infection rate was 53.51%.Conclusion:CTB staining technique is a smear at the same time can do a number of checks,its method is simple,it is time-saving,the detection rate is high.It can achieve the purpose of early prevention, early discovery,early treatment of female reproductive tract infectious diseases.
