加强大学附属医院制度建设的基本策略研究

This article explains the basic connotation of hospital system construction,makeing clear the system construction has an important role in the development and construction of the affiliated hospital of university,through the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of the present stage of hospital system,trying to put the hospital's institutional strengthening basic strategy,explained the main points of the hospital system construction from concept,level,links,etc.,in order to provide a reference for the construction of the hospital system.%本文阐释了医院制度建设的基本内涵，明确了制度建设对大学附属医院建设发展的重要作用，并通过对现阶段医院制度建设存在问题的分析，尝试提出了加强医院制度建设的基本策略，从理念、层面等方面阐述了医院制度建设的要点，以期对医院制度建设提供一定的参考。
