宫腔镜处理节育环嵌顿临床应用

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect of hysteroscopic treatment IUD incarcerated.Methods:60 patients with hysteroscopic successfully removed the IUD contraceptive device from January 2010 to December 2013.We analyzed the clinical data.Results:60 patients in our hospital were successful hysteroscopic take part,with no complications.Conclusion:Hysteroscopic ring has obvious advantages,and it has certain value of clinical IUD incarcerated.%目的：探讨宫内节育器取器困难宫腔镜下取出节育器的效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治宫腔镜下成功取出IUD的取器困难患者60例，分析临床资料。结果：60例患者在我院行宫腔镜下取环均成功，无一例出现并发症。结论：宫腔镜下取环有明显优势，对临床上节育环嵌顿有一定价值。
