鼻内窥镜下治疗难治性鼻出血40例临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨鼻内窥镜的治疗难治性鼻出血的治疗效果。方法：2010年6月-2014年6月收治难治性鼻出血患者40例，均行全身麻醉下鼻内窥镜探查止血术，并进行术后随访。结果：1次治愈37例(92.5%)，2次治愈3例(7.5%)，总有效率100%。术后随访3个月无复发。结论：鼻内窥镜下检查及治疗难治性鼻出血，定位准确，疗效明确，值得临床应用。%Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscope in the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding.Methods:40 cases of patients with refractory nasal bleeding from June 2010 to June 2014 were treated with nasal endoscopic probe and hemostatic surgery under general anesthesia and given postoperative follow-up.Results:37 cases cured with one time of treatment(92.5%),3 cases cured with 2 times of treatment(7.5%),and the total effective rate was 100%.There was no recurrence follow-up for postoperative 3 months.Conclusion:Nasal endoscope in the examination and treatment of refractory nasal bleeding had accurate positioning and clear curative effect,worth clinical application.
