90锶-90钇敷贴治疗小儿血管瘤的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨改良90锶-90钇敷贴治疗小儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：收治血管瘤患儿90例，根据治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组和对照组，各45例，对照组应用传统90锶-90钇敷贴法治疗，研究组应用改良90锶-90钇敷贴法治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效及外周血变化。结果：两组患儿的治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组患儿治疗前后的各项外周血指标比较，差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：改良90锶-90钇敷贴法治疗小儿血管瘤的疗效与传统方法相当，且不会引起外周血变化，同时能明显减少照射次数，提高治疗依从性，值得推广。%Objective:To discuss the effect of strontium-90 and yttrium 90 applicator in the treatment of children with hemangiomas. Methods:90 patients with hemangiomas were selected.They were divided into the research group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group using conventional strontium-90 and yttrium 90 applicator treatment,and the research group using a modified strontium-90 and yttrium 90 applicator treatment.The clinical curative effect and the change of peripheral blood of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment of two groups with the total efficiency(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment of two groups with the peripheral blood indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the modified strontium-90 and yttrium 90 applicator treatment is equal to the traditional method.It does not cause changes in the peripheral blood.It can significantly reduce the number of treatments, and improve treatment compliance.It is worth promoting.
