糖尿病合并脑梗死120例病情及预后分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of diabetes on cerebral infarction.Methods:The relationship between the condition and prognosis of 120 patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction and blood glucose level was analyzed.Results:The condition of the blood glucose less than 7.1 mmol/L was light;the infarction area was small;the prognosis was good.While when the blood glucose was larger than 7.1 mmol/L,especially the blood glucose was more than or equal to 11.1mmol/L,the condition was severe;the infarction area was big;the prognosis was bad and the mortality was high.Conclusion:The condition and prognosis of patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction associates with blood glucose level,so good control of blood glucose level is the key to prevention and treatment.%目的：探讨糖尿病对脑梗死的影响。方法：对120例脑梗死患者的病情及预后与血糖水平的关系进行分析。结果：血糖＜7.1 mmol/L，病情轻，梗死面积小，预后好；而血糖≥7.1 mmol/L，尤其是血糖＞11.1 mmol/L，病情重，梗死面积大，预后差，死亡率高。结论：脑梗死患者病情及预后与血糖水平相关，所以控制好血糖水平是预防和治疗的关键。
