高校医院“医养结合”养老模式的可行性分析

             

摘要

对某高校离退休教师、空巢老人及校医护人员进行调查、访谈。探讨在高校医院设立“医养结合”模式养护中心,服务于离退休教职工的可行性。高校医院作为中小型社区医院,硬件资源充裕;医务人员、陪护人员素质高;离退休教师素质高、共同语言多;离退休教师住房离校医院较近,能够很方便地得到生活照料、心理疏导及医疗健康保障。高校医院“医养结合”的养老模式能充分利用各类优势资源,减少了社会及家庭的经济负担,方便离退休老教工的生活。因此,高校医院实施“医养结合”养老模式具备一定的优势。%The retired teachers in the college,empty-nest elderly and school medical workers were given survey and interview. The feasibility of setting up "the combination of medicine and pension" mode pension nursing center in the college hospital to serve the retired staff and workers was analyze.The college hospital is as middle and small community hospital;the hardware resources are abundant;the quality of medical staff and nursing staff is high;the quality of the retired teachers is high;common language is many;the retired teachers housing leaving hospital is close.It is very convenient to get life care,psychological counseling and medical health insurance.The college hospital "the combination of medicine and pension" pension mode can make full use of all kinds of dominant resources,reduce the economic burden of the social and family.It is convenient for the life of retired staff.Therefore,the implementation of "the combination of medicine and pension" pension mode in the college hospital has a certain advantage.
