小儿便秘的原因分析及外科治疗效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the causes of constipation in children and the effect of surgical treatment.Methods:150 children with constipation were selected.We analyzed the causes of the disease,and the surgical treatment methods and results. Results:90 cases of organic constipation in children after the implementation of surgical treatment were all recovered,4 cases of early postoperative mild fecal waste;60 cases of functional constipation after conservative treatment were restored.During 1 years of follow-up,140 cases were cured,10 cases improved,and 1 case was ineffective.Conclusion:Constipation in children has the characteristics of complicated etiology and difficult to diagnose,and the effect of non surgical treatment is not obvious.Partial resection of rectal muscle layer is simple,safe and reliable,and can be used as the first choice for surgical treatment of constipation in children.%目的：探讨小儿便秘的原因及外科治疗效果。方法：收治小儿便秘150例，分析其疾病发生原因、外科治疗方法和效果。结果：90例器质性便秘患儿实施手术治疗后均恢复，术后早期轻度污粪4例；60例功能性便秘患儿经由保守治疗后均恢复。随访1年，治愈140例，好转10例，无效1例。结论：小儿便秘具有病因复杂、诊断困难的特点，非手术疗法效果不明显。直肠肌层部分切除术操作简便，具有安全、可靠的特点，可作为小儿便秘外科治疗的首选方法。
