纤维支气管镜在ICU并发肺部感染中的临床应用

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of fiber bronchoscopy in ICU complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:58 cases of patients in ICU complicated with pulmonary infection were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional mechanical ventilation,and the observation group was treated with fiber bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum aspiration on the basis of the control group.The improvement of PaCO2,PaO2,SaO2 between groups were compared.Results:The application time of antibiotics and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The PaCO2 of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiber bronchoscopy in the treatment of ICU complicated with pulmonary infection had obvious curative effect,which could improve the ventilation effect.%目的：探讨纤维支气管镜在 ICU 并发肺部感染中的临床应用价值。方法：收治 ICU 合并肺部感染患者58例，分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规机械通气治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗及吸痰治疗，比较两组 PaCO2、PaO2、SaO2的改善情况。结果：观察组抗生素应用时间、机械通气时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后 PaCO2低于对照组，PaO2和 SaO2高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：纤维支气管镜治疗ICU并发肺部感染的疗效显著，可改善通气功能。
