化湿和胃法治疗萎缩性胃炎伴肠化及不典型增生疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of Huashi Hewei method in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia.Methods:120 cases of patients with atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with weifuchun.The treatment group was treated with Huashi Hewei method.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group in clinical was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).The total effective rate of endoscopic change in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The total effective rate of pathologic change in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:Huashi Hewei method in the treatment of atrophic gastritis had significant clinical effect and could reverse the intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia.%目的：观察化湿和胃法治疗萎缩性胃炎伴肠化及不典型增生的疗效。方法：收治萎缩性胃炎患者120例，随机分为两组。对照组给予胃复春治疗，治疗组给予化湿和胃法治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001)。治疗组内镜下改变总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001)。治疗组病理改变总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001)。结论：化湿和胃法治疗萎缩性胃炎疗效显著，可逆转肠上皮化生及不典型增生。
