放射性脊髓病的临床分析（附2例）

摘要

Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced spinal cord disease caused by radiotherapy.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 2 cases of radiation myelopathy after the first or second course radiotherapy for cancer patients.Combined with literature analysis,we analyzed the pathological changes,radiation biology effect,tolerance dose, repair and prevention and treatment after spinal cord irradiation.Results:Once the occurrence of radiation myelopathy,it often resulted in paraplegia,although after a variety of treatment.The disease was still irreversible.2 cases all died.Conclusion:Radiation myelopathy is a rare and serious complication.There is no effective treatment method at present,and the prognosis is very poor.We should take prevention as the main method.%目的：探讨放射治疗肿瘤所导致的放射性脊髓病的防治。方法：回顾性分析肿瘤患者首次或再程放射治疗后放射性脊髓病2例。结合文献分析脊髓照射后的病理变化、放射生物学效应、耐受剂量、修复及防治。结果：放射性脊髓病一旦发生，往往造成患者截瘫，虽然经过多种治疗方法但仍不可逆转，2例患者均死亡。结论：放射性脊髓病是临床少见且严重的并发症，目前尚无有效的治疗方法，预后极差，应以预防为主。
