激光光凝治疗高危阈值前和阈值病变早产儿视网膜病变的临床效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity before high risk threshold and in threshold lesion.Methods:45 children patients with retinopathy of prematurity were selected,24 cases before high risk threshold,21 cases of threshold period.All children patients were given laser photocoagulation treatment.The treatment situations of two groups were observed.Followed up for 2 months,the adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The children patients of threshold period occurred subconjunctival hemorrhage,cataract and other situations, which were significantly higher than those of children patients before threshold(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity before high risk threshold and in threshold lesion are quite,but children patients of threshold period due to severe illness may require repetitive laser photocoagulation treatment,additional cryotherapy and so on,and the adverse reaction is slightly larger.%目的：探讨激光光凝治疗高危阈值前和阈值病变早产儿视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：收治早产儿视网膜病变患儿45例，其中高危阈值前24例，阈值期21例。所有患儿均接受激光光凝治疗，观察两组患儿治疗情况，随访2个月，比较两组患儿不良反应。结果：阈值期患儿出现眼结膜下出血、白内障等情况显著高于阈值前患儿(P＜0.05)。结论：激光光凝治疗高危阈值前和阈值病变早产儿视网膜病变的效果相当，但阈值期患儿因病情较重，可能需要重复激光光凝治疗，附加冷冻治疗等，且不良反应稍大。
