中医益髓健脾汤对治疗晚期癌症患者化疗过程中骨髓抑制的影响效果探究

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of Yisui Jianpi decoction on bone marrow suppression in advanced cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods:276 patients with advanced cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.They were treated with chemotherapy.In addition,the observation group was given Yisui Jianpi decoction.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the incidence of Ⅲto Ⅳ degree of bone marrow suppression was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the decrease of white blood cell count(WBC) and hemoglobin(HGB) were significantly lower than the control group,values of WBC and platelet(PLT) were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yisui Jianpi decoction in chemotherapy can reduce the degree of inhibition of bone marrow and adverse reaction of chemotherapy.%目的：探讨益髓健脾汤对晚期癌症患者化疗过程骨髓抑制的影响。方法：收治晚期癌症患者276例，随机分为观察组和对照组，均采用化疗，观察组同时口服益髓健脾汤，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，在观察组，Ⅲ～Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组，血白细胞计数(WBC)和血红蛋白(HGB)的下降值显著低于对照组，WBC值及血小板(PLT)值明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论：化疗过程中配合益髓健脾汤，可降低骨髓抑制程度和减少化疗不良反应。
