高龄溃疡性结肠炎患者临床特点及并发症分析

Objective:To explore the clinical features and complications of elderly patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:160 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected.According to the age,they were divided into the elderly group and the younger group. We compared the clinical data of two groups.Results:In the range of lesions,there were significant differences between groups in rectal type and total colonic type(P<0.05).In the severity,there were significant differences between groups in mild and severe(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the elderly patients with ulcerative colitis,rectal type and total colonic type were the main lesion ranges,and severe patients were more.There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications and the incidence of malignant transformation.%目的：探讨高龄溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床特点及并发症。方法：收治溃疡性结肠炎患者160例，按照年龄分为高龄组和低龄组，比较两组的临床资料。结果：在病变范围方面，直肠型和全结肠型两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。在严重程度方面，轻度和重度两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：高龄溃疡性结肠炎患者中，直肠型和全结肠型为主要病变范围，重度患者较多，并发症发生率和癌变率差异并无统计学意义。
