妊娠期高血压病患者的临床护理干预效果观察

摘要

目的：分析、观察对妊娠期高血压患者实施临床护理干预的治疗效果。方法：收治妊娠期高血压患者130例，分两组，各65例。对照组给予常规的护理，观察组实施临床护理干预。结果：观察组治疗总有效率92.3%，高于对照组的64.6%(P＜0.05)。结论：对妊娠期高血压病的患者实施临床护理干预可有效地降低患者血压，效果较常规护理明显。%Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with hypertension during pregnancy. Methods:130 patients with hypertension during pregnancy were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 65 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group were given clinical nursing intervention.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%,higher than that of the control group of 64.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing intervention can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension in pregnancy,and the effect is more obvious than that of routine nursing.
