我地区三级医院缺血性脑血管疾病门诊处方用药情况分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the outpatient prescription drug use situation in department of neurology in tertiary hospitals in Jilin.Methods:We used Excel office software for statistics and sorting data,including the DDDs,DDC and sorting ratio,and so on.A retrospective analysis was carried out on each hospital.Results:The composition of the patients was in accordance with the trend of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.The various types of Chinese medicine and injections accounted for relatively large in the use of drugs,and aspirin was ordered in first place of using frequency.Conclusion:The outpatient drug use situation of the tertiary hospitals in our region is basically in accordance with the guidelines and the requirements of evidence-based medicine,using drugs with clear efficacy and small adverse reactions.There is space for further improvement in drug costs.%目的：分析吉林地区三级医院神经内科门诊处方的药物利用情况。方法：采用Excel办公软件对数据进行统计和排序，包括DDDs、DDC及排序比等，对各医院进行回顾性分析。结果：患者的构成符合缺血性脑血管病的流行趋势，使用药物中各类中成药与注射剂占比较大，阿司匹林在使用频度上排序在第1位。结论：针对指南和循证医学的要求，我地区三级医院缺血性脑血管病的门诊用药情况基本符合其要求，使用疗效明确、不良反应小的药物，在药物费用上还有进一步改进的空间。
