含薄荷、三七的中药牙膏对牙龈炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To study the improvement of Chinese herbal toothpaste added with bergamot and pseudo-ginseng on gingivitis.Methods:30 cases of gingivitis were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group with 15 cases in each.Patients in the experiment group used the Chinese herbal toothpaste.Patients in the control group used common toothpaste. The gingival bleeding index of 15st day and 30st day were observed.Results:There was no difference on the the gingival bleeding index at 15st day.The gingival bleeding index decreased more significant than before, also lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The toothpaste containing with bergamot and pseudo-ginseng can reduce gingivitis.%目的：探讨添加薄荷和三七活性提取物的中草药牙膏对于牙龈炎的改善情况。方法：选取30例牙龈炎患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各15例。试验组使用含薄荷和三七成分的牙膏，对照组使用普通牙膏。观察两组15 d和30 d牙龈出血指数的变化。结果：两组在第15天时牙龈出血指数差异无统计学意义，在第30天时试验组的牙龈出血指数有显著下降，低于对照组，与基线值相比，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：含薄荷和三七的牙膏具有减轻牙龈炎症的功效。
