补阳还五汤配合康复疗法治疗脑梗死的效果探讨

Objective:To discuss the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:64 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 32 cases. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were given Buyang Huanwu decoction based on the control group.The neurological deficit scores of two groups before and after treatment were observed,and treatment effect of two groups was compared.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group of 62.5% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction is significantly,with no adverse reactions.%目的：探讨补阳还五汤配合康复疗法治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：收治脑梗死患者64例，分两组，各32例；对照组采用常规方式治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上运用补阳还五汤进行治疗。观察两组治疗前后脑神经功能缺损评分情况，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率93.75%，高于对照组的62.5%(P＜0.05)。结论：补阳还五汤配合康复疗法治疗脑梗死患者临床疗效显著，无不良反应。
