前路和后路内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的疗效比较

摘要

目的：探究前路和后路内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的效果。方法：将90例胸腰椎结核患者分为前固定组与前后固定组各45例。前固定组给予前路内固定术，前后固定组给予前路和后路内固定术，观察两组手术情况以及治疗1年后恢复情况。结果：前固定组较前后固定组手术用时、出血量、住院时间少，术中心率、MAP波动平稳(P＜0.05)；患者治疗1年后，前后固定组总有效率明显高于前固定组(P＜0.05)。结论：前路和后路内固定术虽在患者恢复情况方面优于前路内固定术，但其手术时间较长，出血量较大，术中心率以及MAP波动大，临床可根据患者病情以及身体情况选择治疗方式。%Objective:To explore the effect of anterior and posterior internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis.Methods:90 patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis were divided into the anterior fixation group and the anterior and posterior fixation group with 45 cases in each.The anterior fixation group were given anterior internal fixation.The anterior and posterior fixation group were given anterior and posterior internal fixation.The operation condition and recovery condition in 1 year after treatment were observed between groups.Results:Compared with the anterior and posterior fixation group,the operation time,blood amount,hospitalization time were less in the anterior fixation group,the intraoperative heart rate and MAP fluctuation were smooth(P<0.05).In 1 year after treatment,the total effective rate of the anterior and posterior fixation group was significantly higher than that of the anterior fixation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The anterior and posterior internal fixation is better than anterior internal fixation in the recovery condition of patients,but its operation time is longer,the bleeding amount is larger,the intraoperative heart rate and MAP fluctuation are large.The treatment method is selected according to the patients condition and physical condition in clinical.
