右美托咪定对老年患者椎管麻醉生命体征的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine on vital signs of spinal anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods:120 elderly surgical patients with spinal anesthesia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(S group) and the dexmedetomidine group(DEX group).We recorded the blood pressure,heart rate,pulse,blood oxygen saturation and ST values at Ⅱ lead.After successful anesthesia puncture,we controlled the level of anesthesia below T6,and recorded the various indicators.Results:Compared with the control group,in the dexmedetomidine group,heart rate,blood pressure,ST values at Ⅱ lead were more stable in the operation and after the operation(P < 0.05),and there almost was no irritability(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low doses of dexmedetomidine can effectively inhibit the stress response of patients in the operation,and vital signs were more stable.%目的：探讨右美托咪定对老年患者椎管麻醉生命体征的影响。方法：收治行双下肢椎管麻醉的老年手术患者120例，随机分为对照组(S组)和右美托咪定组(DEX组)，记录入室血压、心率、脉搏、血氧饱和度、Ⅱ导联ST段数值。麻醉穿刺成功后，控制麻醉平面在T6及以下，记录各个指标。结果：与对照组相比，右美托咪定组的心率、血压、Ⅱ导联ST段数值在术中、术毕更稳定(P＜0.05)，基本无烦躁(P＜0.05)。结论：低剂量的右美托咪定能有效抑制术中患者的应激反应，生命体征更平稳。
