中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎的效果。方法：收治急性阑尾炎患者68例，随机分为试验组和对照组各34例，试验组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率94.1%，明显高于对照组的61.8%(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎的效果显著。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for acute appendicitis.Methods:68 patients with acute appendicitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 34 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate with 94.1%of the experimental group was significantly higher than 61.8%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for acute appendicitis was significant.
