理化检验质量控制在突发公共卫生事件中的意义

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control of physical and chemical inspection in public health emergencies.Methods:70 cases of simulation public health emergencies were as the research object and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The physical and chemical inspection in the control group was given routine management,while the physical and chemical inspection in the observation group was given quality control.The deviation rate of the inspection results in the two groups were compared.Results:The deviation rate of physical and chemical inspection results in the observation group was 0;the deviation rate of physical and chemical inspection results in the control group was 11.4%.The deviation rate of physical and chemical inspection results in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control of physical and chemical inspection could reduce the deviation rate of the inspection significantly,and it was of great significance for timely and accurate judgment of the causes of public health emergency.%目的:探讨理化检验质量控制在突发公共卫生事件中的应用效果。方法:选取70例模拟突发公共卫生事件作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组理化检验采用常规管理,观察组理化检验采用质量控制管理。比较两组检验结果偏差率。结果:观察组理化检验结果偏差率0,对照组理化检验结果偏差率11.4%。观察组理化检验结果的偏差率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理化检验质量控制可明显降低检验偏差率,对及时、准确判断导致突发公共卫生事件的原因具有重要意义。
