刺血疗法治疗带状疱疹的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of blood-letting in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:66 cases of patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acyclovir cream combined with acyclovir.The observation group was treated with blood-letting based on the control group.The scab form time,stop vesiculationwere time,analgesic time and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Results:The differences of scab form time,stop vesiculationwere time,analgesic time between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood-letting in the treatment of herpes zoster had remarkable clinical curative effect and few of adverse reactions.%目的：探究刺血疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法：收治带状疱疹患者66例，分为两组。对照组给予阿昔洛韦膏联合阿昔洛韦片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予刺血疗法，比较两组结痂、止疱和止痛时间及临床疗效。结果：两组结痂、止痛以及止疱时间比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：刺血疗法治疗带状疱疹临床效果显著，且不良反应较少。
