老年慢性肺源性心脏病临床护理体会

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing effect of chronic pulmonary heart disease in elderly patients.Methods:45 cases of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected.They were given the breathing,psychology,food, oxygen nursing according to the situation of patients,and we analyzed the nursing effect.Results:After the nursing,the markedly effective rate was 46.7%;the improvement rate was 51.1%;the total effective rate was 97.8%.Conclusion:Effective clinical nursing measures can improve the treatment effect,promote the early recovery of patients,and help to prolong the survival of patients.%目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病老年患者的临床护理效果。方法：收治慢性肺源性心脏病老年患者45例，针对患者的情况予以呼吸、心理、饮食、吸氧等护理措施，分析护理效果。结果：本组45例患者经护理后显效率46.7%，进步率51.1%，总有效率97.8%。结论：有效的临床护理措施可提升治疗效果，促进患者早日康复，有利于延长患者生存期。
