老年阑尾炎腹腔镜切除术中临床护理路径的应用效果

摘要

Objective:To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly appendicitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:74 elderly patients with appendicitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected.They were divided into A group and B group with 37 cases in each.The A group was given clinical nursing pathway.The B group was given routine nursing.The mental changes of two groups were observed,and the incidence rate of complications was compared.Results:The HAMA and HAMD scores of A group were significantly lower than those of B group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications,hospitalization time of A group were significantly better than those of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway in elderly appendicitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients.%目的：研究老年阑尾炎腹腔镜切除术中用临床护理路径的效果。方法：收治老年阑尾炎腹腔镜切除术患者74例，分成甲组和乙组各37例。甲组予以临床护理路径，乙组予以常规护理。观察两组心态变化，比较并发症发生率。结果：甲组 HAMA 与 HAMD 评分明显低于乙组(P＜0.05)。甲组并发症发生率、住院时间明显优于乙组(P＜0.05)。结论：临床护理路径在老年阑尾炎腹腔镜切除术中可减少并发症，促进患者康复。
