口腔健康宣教对社区老年居民口腔健康的影响

摘要

目的：分析口腔健康宣教对社区老年居民口腔卫生的影响。方法：选取社区老年居民180例，平分为两组。对照组发放牙刷牙膏，观察组在此基础上，进行口腔健康知识宣教，开展一对一的口腔问题分析和知识讲解。3个月后，对比观察组、对照组居民口腔卫生知识评分；牙菌斑指数。结果：3个月后，观察组口腔卫生知识评分总分(94.0±3.4)分，明显高于对照组的(66.9±13.2)分，牙菌斑指数(2.7±1.6)分，明显低于对照组的(6.3±2.9)分。结论：口腔健康宣教可以有效提高社区老年居民口腔健康意识，改善老年居民口腔卫生状况。%Objective:To analyze the effect of oral health education on oral health of elderly residents in community.Methods:180 elderly residents in community were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given toothbrush and toothpaste.The observation group was taken oral health knowledge education and carried out one to one oral problem analysis and knowledge explanation on the basis of the control group.After 3 months,the oral hygiene knowledge score and dental plaque index of the observation group and the control group were compared.Results:3 months later,the oral health knowledge total score of the observation group of (94.0±3.4)were significantly greater than (66.9±13.2) of the control group;the dental plaque index of (2.7±1.6)was significantly lower than (6.3±2.9) of the control group.Conclusion:Oral health education can effectively improve the oral health awareness of the elderly in the community and improve the oral hygiene of the elderly.
